You have 15 days from the day of receipt of your order to return iproducts sold by Humidor Station that do not suit you. They will be either exchanged or refunded, depending on your choice and availability of products.
Simply contact our customer service by email or phone. They will then proceed to open a return file and give you your return “Authorization number”.
At your convenience, you may request an exchange or refund of your product, in accordance with our Terms of Sale
CAUTION : It is expressly agreed that the product should not have been used or be incomplete, any product that is damaged or its original packaging opened, will not be refunded. The guarantee form or any other document relating to the product should not be completed or marked, any product that has been customized (especially engraving) or colorized at the request of the Customer, embellished or made according to the specifications of the Customer is excluded from coverage of the consumer's right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L. 120-20-2 of the Consumer Code. The products must be over-packed for return transport.
